- Bond Setting and Reduction Proceedings - pretrial release from custody
- Domestic Violence Cases- domestic assault and battery, elderly abuse, harassment, injunction violations and stalking
- Drugs and Narcotics Cases - drug possession, manufacturing, cultivation, trafficking, cocaine, crack cocaine, marijuana, methamphetamine, prescription drugs, heroin, ecstasy, and other controlled substances
- Drunk Driving Cases - driving under the influence (DUI), driving while intoxicated (DWI), vehicular homicide, vehicular manslaughter, and other alcohol and drug-related driving offenses
- Firearms and Gun Offenses - assault weapons, concealed weapons, felons in possession, illegal sales, and unlawful discharge of a weapons
- Juvenile Crimes and Juvenile Delinquency Cases - gang activities, curfew violations, sex crimes, underage drinking, truancy, drugs, theft, and violent crimes
- Misdemeanor Offenses - battery, petit theft, criminal mischief and other minor crimes
- Pre-Charging/Pre-Information Negotiations - pre-arrest negotiation with police and negotiation with prosecutors prior to filing an Information
- Sex Crimes and Sexually Based Offenses - sexual battery, rape, lewd and lascivious acts child molestation, child pornography and other sex offenses
- Theft, Burglary, and Property Crimes - auto theft, bank/check fraud, burglary, credit card fraud, receipt of stolen property, trafficking in stolen property, and worthless check charges
- Traffic and Vehicular Crimes – attaching tag not assign, driving while license suspended, vehicular assault or battery, vehicular homicide, manslaughter and reckless driving
